On September 19, 2024 the City of Titusville filed it’s third appeal in their fight against the adoption of a Right to Clean Water amendment approved by 82% of city voters in November of 2022. Oral arguments for the lawsuit were heard before the Florida 5th District Court of Appeal in Daytona Beach, Florida. To date, Titusville has spent $165,000 fighting the adoption of the citizen approved Right to Clean Water Amendment.
