Dr. Todd Osborne and Capt. Blair Wiggins presented The Impacts of Freshwater on the Indian River Lagoon to the Titusville City Council on August 27, 2024.
We concentrate on reducing nitrogen & phosphorus because the law requires it. Salinity is also proving to be a vital factor for seagrass growth. Too much stormwater is discharging into the Indian River Lagoon and reducing salinity.
